Acupuncture is the treatment of inserting thin needles into particular pressure points to restore the balance between Yin And Yang in the body. It helps to release pain and inflammation, promoting circulation and  regulating organ functions.

Chinese Herbal Treatment

This herbal therapy uses roots, rhizomes, leaves, seed, fruits, root bark and flowers.  Chinese herbs may be taken in the form of patent pills and granules, or extracted into powders prepared by the practitioner according to each patient’s particular symptoms.

Cupping is a method of creating a vacuum on the patient's skin using a glass cup. It can stimulate certain pressure points to promote circulation in order to manage a lot of different disorders – such as the common cold or asthma. It can also release muscle spasms and backaches.
